What will you do
– Actively develop and maintain the management systems ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001 and VCA;
– Coordinating with and overseeing the business. To this end, you have good contact with management and understand their challenges. You oversee the whole from which you make the strategic – – – — QHSE plan for the business group;
– Bearing final responsibility for the management systems in the QHSE domain;
– Point of contact from management towards our certifying bodies;
– Managing the local QHSE and prevention staff. Together with your team in our various entities, you then work out the QHSE plan;
– Drawing up a budget, the return on which you substantiate and are ultimately responsible for;
– Co-responsible for uniform working methods throughout the group;
– Setting up international consultation structures;
– Setting up KPIs for the department.
Who are we looking for?
– As QHSE Manager, you are results-oriented for your own area of focus, whereby you proactively and steerably advise, both from the organizational objective, and from the group-wide — QHSE policy;
– You have an HBO working and thinking level;
– Several years of experience as QHSE manager in an international production environment;
– You are, in this broad position, a strategic advisor and discussion partner for the board and management;
– You have good analytical skills, you switch easily and make connections with others, both in line and within management;
– You are an equal discussion partner at various levels within and outside the organization;
– Because of our offices abroad, you have excellent oral and written skills in Dutch and English. German is appreciated;
